Michael Richard "Mike" Porter, 69, passed away Monday Sept. 1, 2014 at his residence. Services were held Sat. Sept 6 at 10:00am at the 1st Baptist Church with burial following in Eldorado Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Carolyn, daughter Carissa Wallace, son Jason Porter and sister Shirley West.

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Mutual Association (TPW Mutual Association) regrets to inform you of the death of one of our members, Michael R. Porter.
Mike became a member of the TPW Mutual Association on March 30, 1973. He retained his membership up until his death on September 1, 2014. Additional information on Mike is on page 2 of this assessment letter. A check in the amount of $5,000 was delivered to Mrs. Carolyn Porter.
An assessment in the amount of $20.00 will be necessary to bring the policy fund back into balance to have payments on hand for other members in case of death. Please make this payment by the due date listed above.
