Join us at the Fort Worth Nature Center for a Growing Up WILD Workshop as we refine our skills to connect young learners to the outdoors. Building upon their sense of wonder about nature, we will learn a wide range of activities that invites them to explore wildlife and the world around them.

During the three-hour training workshop participants will sample activities and receive a curriculum and activity guide. Activities are designed for 3-7 year olds and are correlated to the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Standards and the Head Start Domains. Anyone who works with children, including teachers, home-schoolers, informal educators and scout leaders are welcome.

Held at the Fort Worth Nature Center, 9601 Fossil Ridge Rd, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

For registration and information contact Michael Perez at Michael.Perez@fortworthtexas.gov or  (817) 392-7410.
