- GOOD. Water stained; 73 degrees; 0.63 feet below pool. Water temperature is in the lower to mid 70s. The bass bite has been decent, but not as good as previous weeks. The wave of spawning fish is over transitioning the bigger fish to deeper water leaving a few small fish shallow. Small soft swimbaits, wacky rigs and shaky heads have been getting some bites shallow. The bigger fish are in deep brush, deep docks and deep natural shoreline. Report by Carson Conklin, ATX Fishing.
