Conroe Fishing Report

Mar 13, 2024
GOOD. Water stained; 64 degrees; 0.04 feet above pool. Catfish can be caught all over the lake baited areas on Catfish Bubblegum, liver, worms, minnows and punch bait. Drifting natural bait has produced some nice trophy class fish as well as eater class. Largemouth seem to be moving on up. Plenty of buck bass in shallow water, but some pretty decent ladies have been caught as well. Anglers have been successful with dark plastics. Some crappie have been caught lately but not in good numbers. Have a safe and happy spring break! Report by Brad Doyle with Bradley’s Guide Service. Hybrids are in creek channels or shallows being caught on swimbaits, live bait or jigging slabs. Always wear your life jacket. Report by Mike Cason, Fishical Therapy Lake Conroe Guide.
