Things to Do

Activities include picnicking, hiking, swimming, mountain biking, in-line skating and fishing for largemouth bass, catfish and crappie. Eagles can be spotted during winter months. A variety of birds and wildlife can be viewed year-round.

In addition to campsites for tents and RVs, the park also has screened shelters with and without air-conditioning, and a group pavilion.

Ranger Programs

The park offers a variety of educational opportunities. Interpretive tours and nature walks are offered on some weekends and by request. Check the calendar for upcoming events or contact the park for special tours.
