Note about Links to Rule Proposals

Agenda item descriptions regarding rules will normally contain a link to the rule's publication in the Texas Register on the Secretary of State's web site. However, if the proposed rule was published in the Texas Register more than one year ago, the link will not access the specific rule on the Texas Register web site. Texas Register publications that are older than one year can be located on-line at the Texas Register Archive maintained by the University of North Texas at http://texinfo.library.unt.edu/texasregister/browse.htm.
